Frequently Asked Questions

These are the most common questions that we get asked. If your question is not in this list, feel free to call one of our locations or email info@stretchtherapyplus.com to get an answer.

How much does it cost?

This isn't always a simple answer. We have a price point that fits for everyone because we tailor to the individual and can structure a plan that fits within your budget. We offer packages for both 30 or 60 minute sessions. The higher the package you buy, the less you pay per session. 30 minute sessions can range from $50-$40 and 60 minute sessions range from $80-$70. 

Are you PT's or Chiropractors?

No, we are neither. We may have a lot of the same knowledge but we do not hold the credentials to be classified as either. We are stretch practitioners or  stretch therapists.

What type of training do you have?

We go through an extensive 3-4 week hands on training. We also have to take and pass the NASM - stretching & flexibility certification. On top of that, all employees have one or more of the following, personal training certification, thai massage certification, or massage therapist license.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards at all times of the year! You can buy single sessions at a special rate or purchase multiple sessions at a discount as well. We have printed gift cards that come in an envelope or we can do a digital version. 

Do you do in-home visits?

No, at this time we do not offer in home visits. We can see you by appointment at either of our locations in Winter Park or Longwood.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we don't accept walk-ins. We are an appointment only based business. We may be able to accept a last minute or day of appointment depending on how our schedule looks for that day.
